3 Weeks Ago...

It blows my mind that just three weeks ago, my little one came into my life. Earlier than expected, my life has shifted greatly and I could never be more happy.

We were a scheduled c-section, so planning was everything. Is everything! I am a planner and a bit of a control freak, so I knew what I was doing and when. However... I am now learning that I do not have the final say in my schedule. I hardly have a say at all. When baby wants to arrive, she arrives and when baby wants to eat, she eats... See how this works? I have little say! But really, I am far from complaining.

We are working together on finding a balance and while some days seem easier than others, I am really OK with the chaos. Because the chaos only means that my life has a bigger purpose than "me". It's all about her now. I am good with that.
So, my plans for my November posts kinda got lost in the shuffle. My plans for a lot of things had to get pushed off or discarded altogether. But that's ok. We have some ideas brewing and can't wait to dive into this next chapter as a team.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and found something to be thankful for. For our little family, I think it's rather obvious. We are thankful for this new bit of chaos.
